Most of the online journals, books, software, indexes, databases, data sets and other electronic resources available through the University of Arizona Library are owned by various persons and entities and are provided through license agreements for use by the campus community. These products are protected by copyright and other laws. Their use is limited to UA students, faculty, staff and library users. Unauthorized reproduction, publishing or republishing, transfer, alteration and/or use of the resources is prohibited. Systematic or programmatic copying or downloading is not allowed. Misuse may result in user accounts, IP numbers or entire networks being denied access.

The UA Library makes no representation or warranty as to the electronic resources. The library is not responsible for the content, format, accuracy or availability of the resources and will have no responsibility or liability relating to the use of these resources.
