Living the Future
Process Improvement and Organizational Change at the University
of Arizona Library

change. However, only the University of Arizona Library has completely
restructured from top to bottom. The Living the Future conference
will focus on the organizational change process at the University of Arizona
Library. Now in the third year of a team-based, user-centered, flattened
organizational structure, the UA Library staff are eager to describe the
change process, our successes and failures.
Come to Tucson to hear about "A Day in the Life" of the UA Library!
Conference programming will cover five major themes
