for Presentations & Poster Sessions
This second conference promises to be an exciting forum in which information providers from all types of learning organizations can present their vision and experiences in preparing for the future, and share innovative changes for success in their institutions. Areas of focus for Living the Future II include:
Submit Your Presentation or Poster Session Idea!1) Choose your topic. You may select your topic from one of the areas specifically mentioned above, or from any other area related to organizational change. We welcome innovative ideas!2) Complete the program application form, available via the Web at http://www.library.arizona.edu/conferences/ltf/1998/callform.htm , including an abstract (300-word minimum) describing the focus of your presentation or summarizing its main points.

Selection Criteria:Our panel of national referees will evaluate proposals based on the clarity of their content and organization, innovation, usefulness, currency, and relationship to the conference themes of organizational change and continuous learning. Special consideration will be given to proposals that:
Presentations are scheduled for sixty- and ninety-minute blocks; time should be provided within each block for audience questions or participation. Presentations must not have been previously presented or published; poster sessions must not have been given elsewhere. Selected presentations, as appropriate to the medium, will be published on the World Wide Web as part of our conference proceedings; authors must grant first publication rights. Important Notes and Dates:All attendees must register for the Living the Future II conference (registration cost and other related information are available at http://www.library.arizona.edu/conferences/ltf/1998/reg.htmPresenters will be awarded an honorarium of $100 (poster sessions excluded; for presentations given in a panel style, the coordinator of the panel will be awarded the honorarium). Photocopies and handouts, if any, must be provided by presenters. If desired, you may ship your handouts ahead of time.
