Letter from Jack Morgan to Grover Perry regarding the strikebreaking tactics of mining companies. It was originally used in the trial of the United States vs. William D. Haywood, et al. This exhibit was part of the deposition of John W. Hughes for the Michael Simmons vs. the El Paso and Southwestern Railroad Company.

Just received word from Bisbee that they are shipping scabs in from Salt Lake. Hope you will investigate get our fellow workers of the job, sabotage on the job our last resorts. We are still at the refugee camp here all the boys are fine. I hope you will look into this matter.
