Miss Estelle Lutrell: an exhibit about UA Library History

The University Library under construction, as seen from the southeast side.

Another photo of the new Library under construction, looking towards the southeast corner.

Original caption (same as for other construction photo):
The new University Library under construction in late 1924. Designed by Roy Place after Charles Follen McKim's Boston Public Library (1895), it would soon become one of Arizona's most familiar architectural triumphs, preserved now as the main building of the Arizona State Museum.
