Boxes 683-700 (17 boxes)
Arranged chronologically by Congress, then alphabetically by
record type.
Contains copies of printed materials mailed in response to
constituents inquiries on current topics in Congress;
newsletters, mailing lists, working files, and correspondence
from recipients of the newsletter commenting on the merits of its
contents; and robotypes of standardized answers to constituent's
correspondence containing views and questions about events or
issues before the Congress. There is also a subject file called
"Issue" which is comprehensive and follows the
mailings, newsletters, and robos. Approximately one linear foot
of duplicates and loose, un-annotated and undated clippings were
weeded from this series.
