reports, were deaccessioned. The bulk of these materials were
related to the audit process, and were from the offices of Stan

individual states. Bulk is correspondence from supporters
expressing congratulations, offers of help, contacts for
ideological and financial support, and inquiries about Udall's
position on issues. Contains memos between state and national
staff members on local issues and travel arrangements. Contains
state books with compilations of issues and politicians in each
state, prior voting patterns, delegation selection rules and
plans, lists of state and local Democratic Party leaders, robos,
and clippings.
Deaccessioned 9.25 boxes of mailing lists to political groups,
students, media, contacts, and contributors; airport and city
maps, party rules, delegate lists, and general reference
materials on each state (much of this material was photocopies
from state information sources.)
