speeches. Main topics in these files relate to politics,
leadership, congressional reform, environment, strip mining,
Vietnam, the Central Arizona Project, economics and other topics.
Note that the general working files for speeches (arranged by
topic) precede the speech files proper. Speeches are arranged
chronologically; where only a year is noted on the original
folder. Such files precede others from that year.
The campaign files also include speeches and speech materials.
