The menu of the banquet and a list of speakers. The seventh item on the
program is a speech by Governor or Arizona, George Hunt. Note that one
of the speakers was Assistant Secretary of the Navy, Franklin D. Roosevelt,
who would be President in 1941 when the Arizona was destroyed.

alongside the Arizona on December 7, 1941.
