Warsaw Ghetto

Presents actual photographs and films taken by cameramen of the German Army and the Gestapo who were assigned to record life and death in the ghetto. Shows Jews entering the Warsaw ghetto in November 1940 and reveals the horrors of the ghetto and the deportations to the death camps.

Weapons of the Spirit

As a Jew born in Le Chambon-sur-Lignon during World War II, filmmaker Pierre Sauvage relates the story of how the village successfully shielded 5,000 Jews from the Nazis. The documentary is followed by an interview with Sauvage, conducted by Bill Moyers.
