  Beginning in the 1966 ERIC has been the premier index for journal articles, ERIC documents and books.  ERIC documents are usually full text online back to 1990.

  Begins in 1983.  Full text begins in 1996.

  Covers all aspects of U. S. and Canadian history.

  Use this to find full text on Congressional hearings, documents and reports either online or in the microfiche on 1B.

  Native Peoples as ethnic group will focus your search on American Indian newspapers.

Statistics in Education:

• Digest of Education Statistics  Older print editions available at L11 D48 in the Information Commons and in the stacks.  The title the Condition and Education and many other statistical sets are available at the NCES web site.

• Statistical Universe  This Lexis Nexis product as national, state and international statistics.  There is some full text.  The rest is in the microfiche set in 1B.
