The Books in Print database has a special section called the Children’s Corner where you can search for children’s literature by theme and subject, as well as by author or title. Additional information is included on reading level, age range and more

Why do this?
CLCD allows you to search by theme, topic, author, title and more. The database also includes  book reviews and links to relevant curriculum materials. For a selection of book reviews by theme be sure to visit the “themed review” section linked from the homepage.
