- Understand & Avoid Plagiarism - Guide --- Tutorial - (This link takes you to the Rules for Writers site. To do this tutorial on plagiarism, you will need to register, which is free and easy. After you log in, on the next screen select "continue" (in purple). Once you finally get into the site, you will see a list of different topics -- select Research Exercises. Then choose MLA. Now select the first Avoiding plagiarism in MLA papers. If you want more practice, go to the next exericise, 53-2. You can do as many as you want.
