ProQuest Dissertations and Theses Full Text - This is the online equivalent of Dissertation Abstracts International. Indexes North American dissertations and theses from 1861-present; worldwide coverage from 1988-present. (For worldwide listings from 1976-1988, see Section C of print volumes of Dissertation Abstracts at Z5053.D573 Main Stacks)

Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (NDLTD) provides a union catalog of electronic theses and dissertations (ETDs) made available by current member institutions in the US and around the world.

International Doctoral Dissertations Program - A collection of over 800,000 foreign dissertations held by the Center for Research Libraries (of which UA Library is a member). Some (about 20,000) are indexed in their Foreign Dissertations Database, while a larger number are listed in the CRL Catalog.

 

Theses Canada - The central location for finding information about Canadian theses and dissertations. Many from the mid-1990s to the present are freely available electronically as PDF files.
