Searching "Encyclopedia of Japan" on JapanKnowledge

"Encyclopedia of Japan" is an encyclopedia in English and is available from the "JapanKnowledge" database." Refer below about how to navigate the Japanese-language interface of "JapanKnowledge" to search "Encyclopedia of Japan."

1. Search

This is the front page of JapanKnowledge after you connect from the UA Library page.

Enter keyword in the white box at the top of the screen. Press the button to the right to search. (It searches Encyclopedia of Japan and other databases such as English-Japanese dictionaries.)

2. Select Search Result

Search results from multiple databases will be listed in the middle of the screen. Click on search results from Encyclopedia of Japan.

3. Logout

Logout button is at the top-right of the screen.
