UA CBT (Computer-based Training) - Available only to current UA students & employees. Access is by UA NetID. QuickTime 5 or 6 is required. Includes over 220 online tutorials from Virtual Training Center on various computer programs, such as Business Applications, Programming, Databases, Operating Systems, Internet & Web Design, Graphics & Page Layout, Animation & 3D, Multimedia & Video.
Workshops & Classes
Arizona Health Sciences Library workshops and online tutorials - free, available to UA persons and include Word, PowerPoint, EndNote, Reference Manager, RefWorks and scanning.
OSCR (UA's Office of Student Computing Resources) workshops - offered on various software. Check back often as more are being scheduled.
Office of Continuing Education & Academic Outreach courses – fee-based, hands-on applied education offered through the Center for Computer & Professional Education. View the current course schedule.
Pima Community College - fee/tuition, offers a variety of computer courses and non-credit computer classes.
Pima County Public Library classes (under Find Classes, click on Online Calendar to find a list of classes being offered and the times and locations) – free, basic classes are offered each month on computer use and searching the internet.
