Join us for Tuesday Talks @ the University Libraries, an exciting lecture series that explores the wide ranging research interests at the University of Arizona.
Dan Lee, Director, Office of Copyright Management and Scholarly Communications at the University Libraries, will explore the Open Access (OA) scholarship model that seeks the ideal of free, full-text, immediate, online access to peer-reviewed scholarship so news, ideas and information can be obtained rapidly and freely by everyone. Lee’s lecture, “Open Access and Creativity,” presents the argument that Open Access is worth supporting because it stimulates scholarly creativity and innovation.
