The University Libraries are pleased to offer trial access to the Social Theory database which brings together an extensive range of writings representing important trends in sociological thought from the 18th century to the present.
Social Theory includes more than 150,000 pages of over 400 works by hundreds of authors, including Michel Foucault, Max Weber, Karl Marx, Jürgen Habermas, George Herbert Mead, Auguste Comte, Jean Baudrillard, Georg Hegel, Herbert Spencer, Antonio Gramsci, Mary Wollstonecraft, Alexis de Tocqueville, Harriet Martineau, Emile Durkheim, Simone de Beauvoir, and more.
