Arizona Genealogy Birth and Death Certificates - PDF copies of birth and death certificates that are now public record (for births that occurred at least 75 years ago and deaths that occurred at least 50 years ago). From Arizona Department of Health Services.

Arizona Indicators - The state’s central resource for information on a wide range of topics, including education, health, economy, how competitive or sustainable is Arizona, crime and culture.
Arizona Index - Locally-produced index originally produced in card format and published as a two-volume set in 1978. Entries cite information from 130 journals and cover topics on many phases of Arizona life and history from as early as the 1850s through the 1980s. Much of this is not indexed anywhere else.
Arizona State Legislature - Track pending legislation, plus locate and contact individual legislators, and stay up-to-date on current issues. Arizona Memory Project -The Arizona Memory Project, launched in March 2006, is an online effort to provide access to the wealth of primary sources in Arizona libraries, archives, museums and other cultural institutions. This initiative provides the opportunity to view some of the best examples of government documents, photographs, maps, and objects that chronicle Arizona's past and present. Currently included are several collections from the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records and the Sharlot Hall Museum, Library and Archives.

Data Central - AZCentral.com's collection of searchable databases ranging from local crime maps to recent home sales; includes both statewide and Phoenix/Maricopa county.
Economic & Business Research Center (UA Eller College of Management) - "The premier source for information on Arizona's economy." Includes data on population, unemployment, job growth, wages/earnings, personal income, housing permits, retail sales, consumer price index, as well as reports on the economic impact of the University of Arizona.
Great Schools.net-Arizona - GreatSchools.net is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide parents with the information they need to choose schools for their children, understand the school system, and support schools in their communities.
Historical Photograph Collection at the Arizona State Archives - "Archives' photographs focus upon the unique cultural heritage of the state and territory of Arizona, beginning in 1863. The collection includes about 90,000 images, including photographs, slides, negatives, glass plate negatives, tintypes, transparencies, postcards and others".
Republic 100 - Ranks Arizona's 100 largest publicly and privately held companies by the number of people they employed within the state. Compiled annually by the Arizona Republic.

Arizona Daily Wildcat - The University of Arizona's student newspaper (1994-present).

Tucson Citizen - It was the state's oldest continuously published newspaper, from October 15, 1870 until it ceased publication on May 16, 2009.
A web site is still being maintained and is available at www.tucsoncitizen.com/ but there is no longer any online access to the past issues (now available only on microfilm).

America's Historical Newspapers/Hispanic American Newspapers - Includes mostly late 19th-early 20th century coverage of several Arizona titles, both in English and Spanish. Chronicling America: Historic American Newspapers (Library of Congress) - This site allows you to search and view newspaper pages from 1880-1922. Currently includes several newspapers from Arizona.

Arizona Newspaper Project is a statewide program run by Arizona State Library, Archives & Public Records working to locate, catalog and microfilm old newspapers throughout the state. A searchable database of newspapers available through this program is available.
