General Information about the UA:
The UA Library's Special Collections , located next to the Main Library, is the archive for all University of Arizona official publications. Many of these materials can be located in our online Catalog , by searching "University of Arizona" as either an "author" or "subject." The publications listed below are a few of the most commonly requested titles. Several are available online now, or may have some copies available for checkout, but the comprehensive collections of historical backfiles are located in Special Collections. Materials in Special Collections may be viewed on site, but are not available for checkout.

Budget/Salaries:
UA Budget Office - Budget Reports (UA only; requires NetID login)
The entire 2010-11 State Operating Budget is available from the UA Budget Office's Budget Reports page, under Internal Budget Reports. NetID login is required to access this page. The latest PDF copy of the budget is under the heading UA Budget Book. (This file is 47 MB.)
UA Salary Search - AZStarnet's searchable database of UA employee salaries. According to the site, it is current as of October 2010; however, many of the salaries checked were not current, and appeared to be from the 2009-10 UA budget instead.
Paper Copies - The most recent paper copy of the UA State Operating Budget is located in the Main Library Information Commons Reference area under the call number E9791 Univ.1 B927[year], and can be used in that area.
Current and past UA budgets are located in Special Collections under call number E9791 Univ. 1 B927.
Directories (Student/Faculty/Staff):
All printed editions of the University of Arizona Student, Faculty, Staff Directory dating back to the 1920s are available in Special Collections under the number E9791 Univ.1 D5

Print copies of all UA Fact Books from 1981 to 2006/07 are available in Special Collections, at LD182.9 .F3. (Print copies are no longer produced.)
