American Indian Studies Database:

Bibliography of Native North Americans
Only bibliographic database published on the history, life and culture of native North Americans. Based on the Human Area Relations files bibliography.  Indexes articles, books, chapters and other sources.

Linguistics Databases:

LLBA:  Linguistics and Language Behavior Abstracts
Broad coverage of language and linguistic issues including language education. Indexes journals, books, dissertations, technical reports.  Began in 1973.

MLA: Modern Language Association International Bibliography
Covers language and linguistics as well as literature.  Indexes journals, books, book chapters, dissertations.  Began in 1963. Contains links to some full text.

Education Databases:

ERIC
Indexes journal articles and documents in the broad areas of education and linguistics. Full text now available for most of ERIC documents added to the system from1992 to present. Many of the older documents from the 1980's are also in electronic format. The Library owns all ERIC published in microfiche.

Education Abstracts
Finds article citations from over 470 education journals.  Starting in 1996, it includes full text articles from about 200 journals.

North American Indians: Films and Videos
An alphabetical list of films and videos owned by the UA Library. Searchable by key word.

Film Index International 
Detailed information about motion pictures (production information) & cinema workers. Includes references to articles full: Film Index International gives full international coverage of films and film personalities from over 170 countries, up to the present day. All eras of film-making are covered - from the early silent movies to recent box-office hits. Based on the British Film Institute's Summary of Information on Film and Television (SIFT) database, Film Index International is both inclusive and authoritative.

Films of the American Indian Film Festival 1975-2000 E98 M85 A44 2001 Main Reference
Alphabetical list by title with a short abstract for each film.  Distribution information may be out of date.

Native Networks
Created by the National Museum of the American Indian. Includes media events, a resource list of film festivals, native film organizations and a title list of films.
