Gateway to Educational Materials (GEM)
Provides access to lesson plans, curriculum units and other education resources. Resources are searchable by subject or keyword and limited by grade level (each K-12 grade, higher education, vocational education, or adult/continuing education).

Education World
With over 100,000 URLs (and growing daily) in its database, it claims to be the most comprehensive source for Education Links on the Internet. Search by keyword, or by the Topic List, or browse the Awards for extensive reviews of the hottest education sites of the month.

Education Resources Information Center (ERIC)
Centralized government ERIC Web site for searching the ERIC bibliographic database of more than 1.1 million citations going back to 1966.

Kathy Schrock's Guide for Educators
A classified list of site on the Internet for enhancing curriculum and teacher professional growth in all areas of education.

Center for Applied Linguistics (CAL)
Topic areas include bilingual education, public policy issues and immigrant education.

Guide to K-12 schools. Provides basic information about all schools in the U.S. with enhanced reports on Arizona and California schools. Reports on enrollment, race/ethnicity, student-teacher ratio, and test scores. Designed for parents to compare schools, this site is very user-friendly.

ENC (Eisenhower National Clearinghouse)
Math and science curriculum resources for K-12. Includes web sites, books, kits, and other formats.

Teacher's Edition Online
The Teacher's Edition Online site gives elementary school teachers different ideas on how to conduct classes. This easy-to-navigate site, packed with colorful and informative graphics, acts like a support group for teachers.

The Learning Web
The U.S. Geological Survey has created, this World Wide Web site dedicated to K12 education, exploration, and lifelong learning.

Math Lesson Plans and Other Resources
Links to lesson plans, activities and other resources on the web.

Science Learning Network
Science resource for K-8 teachers students.

Teachers Helping Teachers
This site is completely by and for teachers. It offers something for everyone in the field. The home page links to the expected areas of interest; math, science, language arts, social studies where the user will find tips and lesson plans related to the topic and the site also offers a newsgroup style forum for sharing ideas and questions.

Find private schools in United States. Get enrollment data by grade and race/ethnicity for 30,000 schools.
Search by school name, city, county, state or zipcode. Search for school characteristics, such a religious affliation, program emphasis (Alternative, Montessori, etc.). Search by coed status, number of students, or grade levels. Based on data submitted to a U.S. Department of Education Survey.

Public School Locator
