HAPI --  Hispanic American Periodicals Index 
Covers over 500 journals from or about Latin America. Includes book reviews, drama and film reviews and articles which may be written in English, Spanish, or Portuguese. Good for unique viewpoint. Full-text access to some journals available via links to JSTOR.

HLAS -- Handbook of Latin American Studies 
Annual. Volumes alternate: one year Social Sciences, the next, Humanities. Excellent traditional source for books and periodicals on Latin America. Subject index gives access to books and articles.

Latin American Newsstand
Latin American Newsstand offers the full text of articles in 37 major Latin American newspapers and major international newswires covering Latin America like BBC Monitoring and Notas Financieras. Users will get the entire, cover-to-cover text of the newspapers rather than a selection of articles. Titles include El Universal (Mexico), O Globo (Brazil), and La Nacion (Argentina). Coverage varies, with most newspaper coverage beginning in January 2005. However, some newspapers go back as far as 1995.

Prisma - Publicaciones y Revistas Sociales y Humanísticas
Full-text scholarly journals in the social sciences and humanities for the interdisciplinary academic study of Hispanic and Latin America and the Caribbean Basin. Many of the journals indexed in PRISMA are linked to the Hispanic American Periodicals Index (HAPI). PRISMA's content includes articles in Spanish, Portuguese and English.

A prototype version of a planned collection of approximately 100,000 pages of prose, poetry and drama by women writers from Mexico, Central, and South America. The prototype version features about 4200 pages of prose and poetry. Drama will be added in the next release.
