The library has most of the linguistic corpora produced by the Linguistic Data Constortium (LDC) since 1997. They may be found by searching the Linguistic Data Constortium as the AUTHOR in the online catalog.

Smithsonian Instititution Research Information System SIRIS
SIRIS offers searching for the Smithsonian Libraries and the Archival, Manuscript and Photgraphic Collections. Many linguists placed their archives with the Smithsonian.
This is a collection of digitized finding aids for the Special Collections at UA, NAU, ASU and the Arizona State Museum. It represents about 90% of the UA finding aids. With its digitized searching capability you will have a coherent way of searching for items in Special Collections. One can keyword search through all the finding aids for any or all of the contributing institutions. You can find out which archives have correspondence from a specific person or about a particular topic.
Bibliographic records and indexes for approximately 100,000 archives and manuscript collections in the United States. Includes holdings, location, and hours of operation of more than 4,400 repositories.

The papers of John Peabody Harrington in the Smithsonian Institution 1907-1957
The library owns the microfilm for this important set of linguistic and cultural archives. Harrington documented languages and cultures of North American indigenous peoples in the Northwest, the Arctic, California, the Plains, North East, South East and parts of Latin America. A set of guide books is shelved with the film at Micro- film 6707
