This guide is designed for students and researchers engaged in subject specific research in physics. The AIP Style Manual serves as guidance in writing, editing, and preparing physics manuscripts for publication. It's prepared under the direction of the AIP Publication Board. The fourth edition is online. The editors recommend looking at the references at the end of recent articles in AIP member journals for the most up-to-date style guidelines.
