RefWorks is an internet-based bibliographic utility to store an unlimited number of citations and sort them in a variety of formats. With RefWorks, you can easily import references from other databases and automatically sort and format them in seconds.

Presentation Practice Rooms

Rooms are available at UA Main Library Information Commons with the tools and space to practice presentations, record them, and play them back for self-evaluation. Each room contains 2 video cameras, a microphone and 3 software packages to record the act of a presentation in front of the wall-mounted LCD monitor. RESERVATIONS REQUIRED.

The ARL Office of Scholarly Communication works to create new models for scholarly exchange that build on the widespread adoption of digital technologies and networking for research, teaching, and learning.

SPARC - Resources

The Scholarly Publishing and Academic Resources Coalition, is an international alliance of academic and research libraries working to correct imbalances in the scholarly publishing system. Its pragmatic focus is to stimulate the emergence of new scholarly communication models that expand the dissemination of scholarly research and reduce financial pressures on libraries.
