There are many sites on the Internet that are geared toward technical reports. On some of the sites you can access full text, or order the reports on-line.
AT& T Research Laboratories provides access to PDF and post-script (.ps) copies of their technical reports from 1996-2000.
DOE Information Bridge
DOE bridge provides access to DOE produced reports as well as DOE contractor reports in the areas of chemistry, physics, energy technologies, computer and information science, and other related topics. Search and view both full-text and bibliographic records from the Department of Energy. Coverage begins from 1995 to the present.
EPA-NEPIS (National Environmental Publications Information System)
EPA-NEPIS is the central database for all online full-text EPA public documents.
GrayLit Network
GrayLit Network was developed by the Department of Energy's Office of Scientific and Technical Information. GrayLit Network is a portal to technical reports that are generated by federally funded projects.
Langley Technical Reports Server
Covers published NASA documents which include conference proceedings, technical reports, journal articles and meeting proceedings.
NACA Reports
National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics is the precursor to NASA. NACA covers full-text reports from 1917-1958. Where NASA was established from the National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958.
