Most billing and fees issues can be resolved in person at a library service desk, but use this form for more complicated questions or to request credit for returned items billed to your Bursar’s account.

We will respond to you within 48 hours.

Please be aware that the following are not grounds for disputing late fees and replacement charges:

  • A lack of knowledge of library borrowing policies.
  • Being out of town. If you plan on travelling outside of Tucson for more than 10 days, we suggest making arrangements for returning items that may be recalled or become overdue.
  • Holidays or semester breaks, since library borrowing policies are in effect whenever the library is open.
  • Failure to receive library notices of any kind.

For billed items that have been returned to the library. Be aware that replacement charges include a non-refundable billing fee.
