Most billing and fees issues can be resolved in person at a library service desk, but use this form for more complicated questions or to request credit for returned items billed to your Bursar’s account.

Please be aware that the following are not grounds for disputing late fees and replacement charges:

For billed items that have been returned to the library. Be aware that replacement charges include a non-refundable billing fee.
