Most fines appeals can be resolved by telephone. For immediate assistance please contact the Fines Leads at (520) 626-4836. A member of the fines staff is scheduled to answer the phone Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm Mountain Time (excluding holidays). Other times you may call and leave a message. Someone will get back to you within 48 hours.
Please keep in mind:
- All patrons receive a date due receipt at the time of check-out. It is the patron’s responsibility to know when all items are to be returned.
- You are responsible for any library materials checked out on your record, even if your card has been lost or stolen.
- Failure to log out of an Express Check-Out Machine after its use may leave your record open for others to check-out items on your card, for which you are responsible.
