Circulation Periods and Check-Outs.
- You must have a CatCard or Library Card in order to check-out Library material.
- All materials are subject to recall at any time regardless of the borrower's status.
- Materials are due back in the library at a specified time period. The amount of time given to check-out regular material depends on borrower's status (see below).
- While most materials circulate for the time periods listed below there are exceptions.
- Library materials are state property and as such should not leave the state.

EXCEPTIONS TO CIRCULATION PERIODS AND CHECK-OUT LIMITS
There are certain types of Library material which only circulate for a specific period of time and cannot be renewed or recalled.

- *Laptops and projectors circulate only to current University of Arizona students. Only 1 laptop and projector may be checked out at a time to any individual.
- Only 3 reserve items and 5 media items may be checked out at one time to any individual.
- Interlibrary Loan services are available only to University of Arizona faculty, staff, and students. Pima County Public Library offers Interlibrary Loan services to Pima County residents with valid ID.
You can check your borrower information online to:
- check what materials are checked-out to your account
- view the due dates of your library materials
- see if any of your items have been recalled
- renew eligible materials
- check on the status of and/or cancel your holds/recalls
- check if you owe any late or replacement fees
- pay your fees with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express
- Receive notification of new materials
PLEASE NOTE: Hourly and daily late fees do not actually show on your account until the late item has been returned. Note that if you are a student, library charges that have been sent to your Bursar's account will no longer show on your library account.
