Who can borrow one?
University of Arizona undergraduate or graduate students
For how long?
Projector / laptop combo : 4 hours
Pico projector : 72 hours
If enough are available, you may check-out equipment again
How can I check one out?
Go to the service desk at any of the following locations:
Main Library Information Commons, 1st floor
Science-Engineering Library, 2nd floor lobby
Fine Arts Library, Music Building, 2nd floor
Bring a valid CatCard. You will be asked to sign a Computer Equipment Loan Agreement form prior to check-out.
What about checking it back in?
You must return the equipment to the same place where you checked it out. All components, like carrying cases, power adapters, and cables, need to be returned at the same time. You are solely responsible and if lost, damaged, or more than 24 hours overdue, you will be charged a replacement fee. If the equipment is returned in good condition, the fee will be reduced to a billing fee.
