We will contact you by email after reviewing your application.
Locker assignments are made for one semester (Fall, Spring, or Summer) and are based on the needs of graduate students, with first priority given to PhD candidates who have passed their comprehensive examns. While non-renewable, your assignment may be extended for a semester if there is no waiting list.
We will notify you by university email when it is one month before your expiration date. Remove all belongings from the locker by the expiration date. Items left in the locker will be removed and the code changed to accommodate other students.
The Libraries and University assume no responsibility for materials left in the lockers. We advise that you do not leave valuable items inside the lockers.
Food and drink items temporarily stored in lockers must be contained and sealed. Perishable items and open food/drink containers or packages may not be stored in the lockers.
Library materials left in the lockers must be checked out. You may not keep non-circulating or "Library Use Only" materials in the lockers. We will check the lockers periodically. If we find library materials not checked out, we will remove them and your locker privileges may be revoked.
Lockers are only available for use during open hours.
Locker assignments are confidential. Keypad codes are not to be shared. Contact us Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm with questions about your code. Library staff at service desks do not have access to this information.
All users must follow the library code of conduct.
