Issues with Sophos Antivirus v. 10
All of our interlibrary loan, document delivery, and media streaming request forms are incompatible with Sophos 10 Antivirus software.
So if you have recently upgraded or installed Sophos Antivirus, you may not be able to sign into your account. The sign in page will never load and your browser will eventually time out.
You will need to have local administrator privileges on your computer in order to do this.
