I hereby grant to the University of Arizona (UA) a non-exclusive license for the full period of copyright throughout the world. In particular, this provides UA with the non-exclusive right:

• to publish the final version of the Work, and to distribute it and/or to communicate it to the public in electronic or any other format or medium whether now known or hereafter devised;
• to deposit copies of the Work in online archives maintained by UA or by third parties authorized by UA.

In the case of a multi-authored Work, I confirm that I am authorized by my co-authors to enter this license on their behalf.

I confirm to UA that the Work is my original work. I further warrant to UA that (1) no part of the Work is copied from any other work, OR (2) I have obtained ALL the permissions required (for print and electronic use) for any material used from other copyrighted works in the Work; and (3) I have exercised reasonable care to ensure that the Work is accurate and does not contain anything which is libelous, or obscene, or infringes on anyone’s copyright, right of privacy, or other rights.
